Facing issue with wordpress plugins because of server security

Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.17

I'm facing some issues with wordpress plugin functionality. I'm working on ACF plugin to store custom user data but ACF shows an error of admin-ajax.php, the same site works perfectly on localhost, I think it's because of Toolkit security, could anyone help with the same?

Did you check in the server error_log of your website if additional information is available on the error 500?

with this : Error My ip 403 POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/appointments&wpAmeliaNonce=5xxxxx6 HTTP/1.1

@bigbear67 An error 403 is not an error 500. Error 403 is normally caused by permission issues, e.g. when ModSecurity steps in a blocks a transaction. I suggest to open your own thread for it and to provide more details from your logs.
