  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Please check your firewall settings that passive ports in the ephemeral port range are open. Normally, on fresh Plesk installations, this is automatically set, but on some old installations you had to do it manually as described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...r-ProFTPd-on-a-Plesk-server-behind-a-firewall

If this does not help, please also check the firewall at your data center, that the port range is open there.

Thank you, Peter. I run the firewall script that open the right ports.
It has started working.
