"Failed to run the pleskctl utility" after upgrade to 9.5

Hi!


I´m running into a known error after upgrading plesk 8.0 to 9.5. I installed each update (8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and so on).
After the final upgrade from 9.4. to 9.5 I get this error in the plesk-section:

Problems found
Failed to run the pleskctl utility

Error description:

I checked some links in this forum, like

but this informations arent helpful for me.

if I try to restart plesk at the console (SuSE, /etc/init.d/psa restart), I get this message:

There is no Mailserver configured on this system, we only use the MTA for outgoing mails generated by the hostet website.

Maybe this is the reason why plesk cant run pleskctl?
