Failure Delivery with extra size

when i send any email with attachment ,when that fails,i give a failure delivery with attachment size.
it use my bandwidth.
please help me.

When i send an email to a non-exist account with and attachment , i recieved an failure email as a reply with it's attachment but i want to not receive the attachment
