[Feature Request] PostgreSQL Templates Selection

I would like to see the ability to choose the template upon database creation.

At present, the template used is template1 - the ability to choose a template would be excellent.

Right now I would like to have three templates, at present I have my template1 configured in the middle, depending on what the client needs, I have to add or remove tables and functions.

I think this would be fairly simple to implement.
