• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Feature Request

It is possible to do "global changes" to some choosen customers...

i would be great to make changes to some choosen customers via a "customer template" not to define each option by hand.. so it is possible to give a group of customers the SAME permissions and rights..

If you look in the control panel under Clients, there is an icon for Client Templates. Just define templates and then you can apply them to your clients....

Or if you don't want to define templates, then choose any number of clients (put checkmarks in the boxes) and click on Group operations, make your selection changes and apply them.

i know that this is possible.

the thing i want to do is to change already existing users via a template...

think:
- i have 200 users added with template a
- now i have added 3 more templates (other products)
- now i want to apply each of the template to a group of users... this is only possible if i can choose existing users from a list and apply a template...

would be great if sw-soft could think about adding this feature asap...

with kind regards,

sascha
