Feedback Module

Is there a way to set up the feedback module so that the autoresponder at my webmail replies to the address entered by the visitor and not to the default '[email protected]'? Thanks.

Could you please provide whole header for the e-mail which you get from feedback form?
Probably this is the case http://kb.odin.com/en/2104. Please check this article and let me know if it helps or not.

The article you sited seems to answer the question, but I'm using Sitebuilder through my account at Dotster.com and don't have the privileges to apply the patch mentioned. I'll have to contact Dotster about upgrading to 4.2.

Try to upgrade and check it one more time...You can also ask Dotster support to install patch and check it on current version which does not require update. Anyway, it is recommended to use latest available version.
