• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved File Manager unusable

jojo

New Pleskian
Hi,

Im not sure if this has been discussed before or not, but there is a major issue with the file manager.
Assume you have a directory with 10,000 images, the correct behavior when trying to access it using the file manager is to load only a handful files at once, and load more as you scroll further.

BUT, currently Plesk tries to fetch ALL 10,000 files at once, putting the CPU at 100% load, and obviously crashing the browser.

To be honest I was very surprised when such a trivial behavior is not yet implemented, if I'm missing something obvious please let me know. Thanks.
