File not found after upgrade to Plesk 12

I just did a Plesk upgrade from 11 to 12. Everything looked fine, no errors or whatever while installing. After the installation I wanted to login to the controlpanel and al pages in the menu give a "file not found" error.

Do I need to reinstall a rpm with the files plesk need? See attachment!

It is crazy!

I was clutching at straws when I tried it as I had done everything else I could think of, including restarting the panel.

The last thing I wanted to do was restart the server because everything else was working OK apart from the control panel. In the end I had to bite the bullet and luckily it worked.
 
The issue here is a lingering sw-cp-server process.

I've had simmilar issue yesterday.
I was running plesk 12.0.0.18 mu#3, and while migrating client from old server my plesk panel stopped working. I've found 404 errors in log, and looked at /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs folder and it was missing all files! folders were present, but all files were missing.
I'm seeing such thing for the first time in my life.
So I fired up 'plesk installer install-panel-updates' and that installed mu#4, so I got my files back, and plesk started to work again.

IgorG, if this happens again to me or anyone else, how do we reinstall same version of plesk panel? If I run install-panel-updates now it won't do anything, since it's already latest version. Will yum reinstall plesk-core work?

I think that bootstrapper repair should help.

sorry for spamming, but when I try to migrate a customer now, I get this warning, however migration completes without error. I just wonder:
1) will bootstrap repair fix that?
2) can I continue using Plesk without trying to repair anything?
I'm afraid that repair may break something else or that not repairing can lead to issues later. This is my production server with few hundered domains, and I can't afford downtime, so I have to plan everything and have plan B in case of failure :)

I have the same issue but not on panel but on non exisiting files on a webspace i get the error "File not found" but why i doesnt shows the 404 custom error page?
