FileManager::get_file_info_wrapper() failed: filemng util failed: Unhandled exception

hi,

when i want to change folder/file permission on plesk, it gives this error:

Probably the Plesk Management Service has lost necessary information from cache. Simply restart Plesk services and it will start working fine.

One of the files ( filemng.exe ) in control panel is corrupted. The parallel
support provided with the correct file

1 - You should Replace filemng.exe at this path :

2 - Restart Plesk Management Service ( by plesk service monitor )

Path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\filemng.exe ( your Plesk path may be Different )

i attached filemng.exe for plesk 9.5.5 , please First Get Backup from current filemng.exe , then replace by this file if your version is 9.5.5

Notice : if your plesk version is different you should use correct version
