FileManager won't let me create archive in Plesk 11.5.30

After the upgrade to Plesk 11.5.30, when trying to add some file from the httpdocs folder into an zip-archive, the error message:

The path to the archive file: /httpdocs
This directory is read-only: You cannot create files or directories in it.

How to set the correct permissions for the FileManager? Also unable to change the directory / path where I am going to save the new zip-archive.
