First access settings problem

As i installed plesk 9.2 on a fresh Windows Server 2008

Error: Unable to configure control panel: reconfig failed: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at CMMFile::CMMFile: open file C:\pleskserver\admin\conf\httpd.conf
 
As i installed plesk 9.2 on a fresh Windows Server 2008 with IIS7, immediately after login,when i try to save the ip/doamin settings i receive this error

Error: Unable to configure control panel: reconfig failed: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at CMMFile::CMMFile: open file C:\pleskserver\admin\conf\httpd.conf

Can someone help?
