  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Fix for outgoing limit exceeding on Windows

John Aquilio

New Pleskian
I am using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.33 on Windows. The outgoing mail control is showing that the domain is exceeding the set limit of 100 per hour. I enabled logging and noticed that a large number of emails are being sent with email accounts that do not exist. For example, emails are being sent with accounts such as [email protected], [email protected] etc.
How can I fix this issue? How can I make it so that emails can be sent only from email accounts that actually exist in the domain?

Thanks.
