PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

/admin/custom-buttons/list

Plesk return ERROR 404

In Plesk 10.0.27 work without problem

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create new custom buttons with icon file

ACTUAL RESULT

If go to img url


/images/custom_buttons/%7B71679a77-20c4-11e9-be80-001c422b58a5%7D

Show error 404

EXPECTED RESULT

This happend when in Plesk 10.0.27 have custom button created and upgrade from to Plesk 10.0.28. In that change all link broken.

When copy link of picture /images/custom_buttons/%7Bb1eef565-b09f-11ea-bef6-001c422b58a5%7D and go, then show error 404

New investigation :

I check the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\htdocs\images\custom_buttons and see all files inside and I see the file {b1eef565-b09f-11ea-bef6-001c422b58a5}

PLESKURL : /images/custom_buttons/{b1eef565-b09f-11ea-bef6-001c422b58a5}

if I rename the file {b1eef565-b09f-11ea-bef6-001c422b58a5} to {b1eef565-b09f-11ea-bef6-001c422b58a5}.png or other extension , the URL work without error 404, but if the file not have any extension , not work (Video : SEE VIDEO)

The same happend with logos path

C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\htdocs\images\logos

I fix the problem adding into pleslcontrolpanel MIME the type of no extension

application/octet-stream





Please @IgorG talk this with support center for adding to KB for sample
