Issue Fixing my File Directory

Yea I'm an idiot. I spent money to host through this and I deleted all of the files in my Main Directory. Right now, if you go to the page, it will show error. I don't know what to do to fix it. I just wanted to put my index.html in there and see it work, but I am sure I am the biggest and dumbest newbie to have used this product.

I would also like to ask if godaddy.com is included in this. I bought Windows server hosting.

When this finally gets resolved, how can I also properly upload html files (and associated media files) if at all?

(If this is making no sense, just get it removed. I am just too tired I guess. I will probably just refund everything and give up on trying to host a website)
 
Do you have backup of this lost data? Have you asked godaddy support assistance?
