Flash intro error

Hi,
we've published a website with the flash intro, however when we go to the page, the flash intro doesn't load.

Looking for the folder "resources" (where the .swf and other information is saved), we realized that it doesn't exist.

We've tried to publish the complete website, we've manually upload a folder "resources" with the flash intro from another installation, however it doens't work either. The manually uploaded folder gets deleted, when the site is published again.

Thanks for any suggestions how we can solve the issue.
