fp extensions missing but there are installed

ANy ideA??]i'm running w2000 with office xp fp 2003 installed but when i try to run the setup it's says that the extensions are not installed??

you have to install on the server with iss (webserver)
frontpage 2003 server extension
download it from microsoft or or use on the office CD
