Front Page Extension with Subdomains

I set up a domain with FP extenstions and later added a subdomain. The subdomain does not appear to have FP support. Is there anyway to have FP support for the subdomains?

Problem is that I moved all the files via FTP and not FP and now one page is not working as it should. Thanks for helping.
