FrontPage form results not working

New to the whole Plesk thing. Yikes! Using FP 2003

Form results are not being emailed. Can't figure out where in the Control Panel to configure it to send the email. The site is up and working, and I've been creating forms for years so i know how to set the forms up to send the email. It's just not being relayed by the server.

HELP!
