Resolved ftp 21 impossible connect to server

Hi everybody
I've a vps on 1and1.it with:
2vcores
2GB ram
I've open 21 port on cloud 1and1 firewall
but when I try to connect with ftp on 21 port with filezilla always message "impossible connect to server"
I've also follow this:

How can I do?

just a guess and I asume you use proftp in passive mode - have you also configured the high ports on the 1and1 firewall?

1. configure proftp with passiv ports & enaple the ftp & the configured high ports on the plesk firewall: (Plesk for Linux) Configuring Passive FTP Mode
2. enaple the ftp & the configured high ports on the 1and1 firewall - (this will take some time until the ruleset is updated @1und1)
3. check logfiles Plesk for Linux services logs and configuration files

helpful is also the filezilla logfile
