FTP account: Unable to create web user

Hi,

Im having the following error when i try to create additionnal FTP account for a domain:
Error: Unable to update FTP account: Unable to create web user: Update FTP user failed: ftpmng --add-user failed: The user name could not be found. (Error code 2221) at NetUserGetInfo(service)


Any ideas?

according to the error, the reason of the problem is that system user which is used as ftp user in Plesk is removed in the System.

it is necessary to recreate this user in the system. to make so please go to plesk, domain, toggle on checkbox next to the issued domain and click check permissions link.
