Can multiple FTP accounts be set up for one client? If so, can the server admin assign how many accounts the domain admin can use?

    Thanks.

This is not possible. You can use web_users, but they have different directories.

From the control panel, you cannot.

Someone just posted a HOWTO to create multiple web users in a chroot to allow them shell/ftp access. With a minor change (all web users to same chroot directory), you might be able to accomplish what you desire. See the post:

Thank you for your responses. I believe that setting up separate web users will suffice for the client.
