FTP - Always a problem

Hello All,

from this morning I've got a new ftp problem. Not possibile to upload anything, while FTP clients tell me:

426: Connection Error.

Already tried with active and passive mode, already downloaded all patches, checked with and without any firewall but problem persists.

I'm using windows 2003 web edition with latest plesk 7.5.6 .

Any hint?
