I have a server started timeout on FTP access and SSH access, when I go to PLESK and restart the server, everything seems to be work. then after few hrs, the same problem again. http or any other services not seems to be affected..

Any ideas?

I had a similar issue that was really bugging me. Turns out on my box that the auditd system was running. When auditd starts to run out of log space, it essentially denies login attempts.

Check to see if auditd is running. If so, stop it and see if that fixes the problem.

SSHd keeps good logs. Check out /var/log/messages and /var/log/secure. When daemons die, they leave clues.
