Resolved FTP Connection only accepts Plain FTP (Insecure)

Hi,

I'm having an issue once I'm trying to connect to the FTP, it's only allowing me to connect if I set the Encryption as plain FTP, I checked the setting of the security policy in Plesk settings and it's set to "Allow both secure FTPS and non-secure FTP connections" but still not allowed to connect, I'm using FileZilla, the server is hosted on Azure Linux VM
 
Please ensure you've followed the support document here, you're more likely missing a config file that you need to manually create:
