Issue FTP - Error:The data connection could not be established

I am using FileZilla client and I am getting below error

is it a plesk on windows or Plesk on linux ?
if its linux you will have to 30000:35000 port range in your firewall and then try

Hi Anirudh,

Which operating system do you use? As I understand, this is Linux and you want to use FTP passive mode. Did you see How to configure a passive ports range for ProFTPd on a server behind a firewall ? If you use Cloud Service Provider like Amazon or Azure, you also should allow this port range in network settings of the provider.
