Issue FTP issue on brand new install

Hi all,

I just cannot browse the httpdocs directory via ftp access on a brand new onyx install. I check permission, also do correct it but still can't figure out, any idea, thanks.

Maybe you need to enable passive mode in your FTP client?
What exactly error do you see?
Which platform you have (Win/Lin)?

Hi, fillezila was able to etablish connection but cannot list the remote directory?

Onyx installed on CentOS.
