FTP Issues after upgrading to 9.3

We're unable to access our sites via FTP after our upgrade. You can see what the FTP log is reporting below. It allows us to login fine but it seems to fail when attempting to retrieve the directory. We're running Windows 2003 and have been having no issue for years, it just started after the upgrade. We allowed SSH in our Plesk Firewall to ensure port 22 was open. Port 21 is open as well from what I can see. Our client's Firewall has been disabled. We've tried AbsoluteFTP and FireFTP both on different PCs without any luck.

Anyone have any ideas or experience a similar problem?
