FTP Login Access Error

Hey guys! Also with the version 8.1 and win 2k3 i had the same problem ...
searching in the forum i've seen this thread, and with the string written by "thewebmaster" (thanks dude!) i've fixed that.

It's important and will be nice to make this thread in evidence.
