FTP password Plesk RPC API

Hi,
After creating an account with Plesk RPC API (XML),
The FTP password does not work, all the other entries are fine, limits and permissions are fine too.
If login as Admin and reset that FTP password for that particular client then it works, but when login as the client and tried to reset the password it won't work.
Any Help!
