Issue FTP Problem

Eoin Redmond

New Pleskian
Plesk Version: Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update #58
CentOS Version: Linux 7.5.1804 (Core)‬

Hi guys,

FTP recently stopped working on all domains on our VM. Both Filezilla and CoreFTP no longer work.

Both clients seem to login OK but fail on the following command...

Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

We have tried rebooting the VM, restarting FTP - none of these made any difference.

Any help or advice would be appreciated?

Thanks

Eoin

Hi IgorG,

Thanks but I don't think it's the same problem as we are not using passive mode and we're not getting the <-- the connection on port 35509 is tried to be established, however, this port is not configured message - the login part seems fine and then we immediately get the Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing mesage.

Regards,

Eoin
