New Pleskian
Hi,
I'm running Plesk 11.5.30 Update #24 on CentOS 5.10 (Final). Both setup 4 weeks ago.
I have scheduled my backups through the Backup Manager nightly and asked it to send it via passive FTP to my backup server. Nothing appears to happen. No backup ever gets FTP'd to my backup server. Nothing appears in the FTP repository.
I run a manual backup by hitting the 'Backup button' in the interface tools using the same FTP settings that have been setup and it works perfectly. I have tried the Parallels PHP backup script from the command line and it works perfectly. Both methods show the backup in the FTP repository.
I have an almost empty backup server space. Where do I begin to track down this issue? This hasn't worked since Plesk was installed.
I'm a linux novice but I would expect this to work as a core feature of the product without having to 'work' on the server.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks
Steve
