I can change the ftp password for respective domains from the plesk admin panel, but the change does not reflect. Then the sysadmin runs a sync command & it gets sorted.

Please let us know why is this happening coz after every change i have to beg the admin to run sync command. Please HELP & update what can be the issue here

Also, will be a great help if anyone can update what exactly the sysadmin does?? (how to run a sync command for this)
