FTP Troubles

I'm very newbe and has terrible English, so have a mercy.

I trying to access my ftp account that I created using Plesk 7.5.6.
When I connect to the site, theres no folder nor file.

To verify what happening I connected to my server using Remoter Desktop. Checking the IIS Manager, there are 2 entry in "FTP Sites": Default FTP Site and another which I created (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).

I noticed that I'm connected to the FTP Sites Default not to the right one (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)...

How can I fix it? Any help are welcome.

Tnks in advance.

Tried to fix 1

Accessing the server using Remote Desktop, I use the Plesk Reconfigurator (START>SWsoft>Plesk>Plesk Reconfigurator) and correct the disk permission and Repair Plesk installation...

For my surprise, I can not connect to my site any more...

The error is "home directory inaccessible"...

Trying again...

Nope... trying everything (from delete the domain to using FTPMNG.exe)...

The error persists. I have no access to the site...

Then, I ask to reset my server with my setup data. Try again to setup the domain...

Unfortunatly accessing the FTP, there are no folder or file... And checking the IIS Manager, I'm connecting the Default FTP Site, not my domain...

Ooops, more error

I uploaded some files using Plesk>File Manager.

Connect to site using IP Address, and for my surprise, I'm connecting to default page, not my uploaded file...

What's happening?! Where did I setup wrong?!

Hi,

I guess its something to do with your disk permissions. Plesk Reconfigurator sometimes riuns the permissions. I once had Plesk not running at all on the server. I have to set the disk permissions and then alas it worked.

Permissions

Hi w3solutions. Than you very much to answer!

You say that I need to open the vhost folder and set the permissions manually?! Or the folder vhosts/Servers and correct the ftp's folder permission?
