Ftpmng Statistics Issue

Hello all,

I keep getting the following error:

Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=208.64.66.108 failed: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at getLogDirectory(208.64.66.108)

I have turned off Sitebuilder as I do not use it.

Any ideas what is causing this?
