Gameserver Counterstrike Module Problem

is what i got when i put displayerrors on. Instead i see only a white site!

I was just about to post that everything seems to go as expected when installing Counter Strike except for one thing, the page that appears when you try to create a gameserver is blank.

I had stopped all the CS game server instances on another Dedicated server before upgrading to 8.1.0 and discovered that if you already had game servers setup that it behaved normally. Just can't get to the screen to create them.
