Gene6: user access rights reset by Plesk

This concerns Gene6 FTP Server - User account settings.
In Gene6 Server Administrator (User settings -> Access rights) I make "httpdocs" to be root directory for every user which connects to it's FTP account (so they cannot access any directory outside, like "stats", "httpdocs", etc.)
This works okay until a new hosting account is created within Plesk. After creation of new hosting account, I presume Plesk synchronises it's database and all these "Access rights" modifications I manually made in Gene6 are lost.

SWsoft: Can something be made not to touch these existing settings while creating new accounts?
