Getting error 1713

hi, i'm getting an error like this when i want to uninstall plesk 7.5.6 on windows.

Error 1713. Plesk 7.5.6 for Microsoft Windows cannot install one of its required products. Contact your technical support group


Well thats the error, does anyone know what this means? and can someone help me with it ?

Try to deselect the most components during the upgrade. Then you will be able to install them separately

i've tryed it but i'll get an other error 10061 can't connect mysql database, i tryed to deinstall it but it want to deinstalled
