Go ahead and upgrade or not?

New Pleskian
Hi Guys,
Want some opinions if I may. I am looking to upgrade to plesk 12 in the hope it will solve an issue with listing the databases I have with my current installation. I have gone through the install starting process and got the message about licence number. I understand this can be ignored and a lot of people have had it from what I read. However I have another message and Im a little hesitant as to whether or not to continue.

Components validation detected at least one important issue:
Parallels Panel pre-upgrade check...
FATAL_ERROR: Plesk version file is not exists /usr/local/psa/version

Proceeding with installation or upgrade without resolving the issues
that were found can corrupt your data.

Do you want to continue?
Type either Yes or No:

And what is output of command

# cat /usr/local/psa/version

? Maybe you have there some file like /usr/local/psa/version.backup or something else?
