I developed application in 4.5 .net target framework. First i want to know godaddy VPS support 4.5 framework.

I successfully deploy application on my godaddy VPS. All the functionalities are executing perfectly except Startup page. I am trying to set startup page but it's not working. Page shown me in my browser is that page which is alphabetically on the top of the my page list . Tell me how to fix this issue?
