Resolved Grafana (Advanced Monitoring) Not Sending Email Alerts

Hello Everyone,

Any helpful place to start looking for ?
It's fresh server and everything regarding emails is configured correctly, (all domains can send, also Plesk can send notifications for newly created domains for example) but alerts in Advanced Monitoring emails are not being sent at all

Hi karam,

Do you see notifications from Advanced Monitoring in Plesk? If yes, could you please check "Tools & Settings / Plesk / Notifications / "Email" tab":
- "The resource usage threshold has been exceeded"
- "The resource usage value is back to normal"

If everything is ok, I suggest check "/var/log/plesk/panel.log" for any warning/error messages from "Advanced Monitoring" and/or "Grafana" extensions.
