Graylisting and whitelisting

I have Graylisting for whole server turned on. When this is checked I can't get emails from anything "ebay.com" If I turn off it works fine but also get tons of other spam.

I tried to add ebay.com with wildcard * in the whitelist but mail still won't go through.

Any thoughts?

Can you please let me know what error logs are you getting on your maillogs with the ebay.com mails ?
