Hard quotas problem!

Hi,

it seems that the problem with hard quota for customers still exists. if I turn hard quota option for the customer, he is able to set HQ which exceeds his actual hosting quota (((( will it be ever fixed?
 
it seems that only I have such kind of problem.. hmmm... very strange...
