Question Has anyone used AutomateWoo for wordpress and used abandoned carts?

The abandoned cart workflow isn't working?
I'm using: Nginx and wp-cron.php

WC said if a scheduled post will actually post, it should work.
Well, it does post, but the abandoned cart process does not?

It seems that Plesk is blocking something?
Any thougts?
