Hello walking this system support? and not because shipping ticket receipt confirmation and I do not answer my ticket, because if they are not being created or not.

There, another ticket and not think anything comes to my email, I noticed that it was not registered at https: / / helpdesk.parallels.com.
 
What is the output from the page when you press the submit button?
Could you please provide me via PM with the data which you are using for submitting a ticket and the URL where you do this? I will try to post the ticket for you to check if it works or not.

So it looks like your license key belongs to one of the Parallels Partners/Resellers. As such, they are your first point of contact for support and general inquiry. All the rest information is displayed there on the screen.
To be able to submit tickets you can actually purchase (ask reseller) e-mail support contract. For more information you can visit following page: http://www.parallels.com/store/support/sitebuilder/linux/

For now you can explain in details the issue with external page here and I will try to help you.
