Is there a way to add the "Create New Ticket" function to the admin's Help Desk?
I have people report tickets over the phone or without using the prefix I defined in the Mail Gate and I just want to be able to add them real quick. I see that all the other users have the "Create New Ticket" button, I was just wondering if there is a way to add that to the admin's help desk.
