Hello

I can't get the Trouble Ticket System Mail Gate to work.
I'm pretty sure that I configured the Mail Gate Config right: I did create a new pop3 box ([email protected]), tested the login/password combination and all, everything seems ok.

It doesnt works: when I send email to [email protected] it is not showing any new tickets in the TTS

Did you set the "Ticket subject must start with" field?

Unless your email starts with that extact phrase it will be ignored by Mail Gate - as far as I can tell.
