• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Help Desk updating tickets problem

I have tried to update a ticket 2 times and each time it has gone through without an error, however not appeared in the ticket - failed to update without error. The user did change his email address after the ticket was initially raised because he changed email address. Does this make a difference? Does anyone know why its not updating and/or how can I troubleshoot?
 
I believe that I may not have selected Comment Ticket select box.
This is not a good thing to forget changing and I'm not sure why no action is there by default, anyone know?
