How do I change the URL that is used for the help desk link... It is pointing to the wrong URL.

Any suggestions on how to edit the link that appears on the left hand menu?

Seems I was mistaken.. When you are logged in as admin the help link takes you to the admin login for osticket, when logged in as user it takes you to the main, or user, portion of osticket. All is well...fully integrated pipe for email account. Make sure when setting pipe up that if your website is using fastcgi use php-cgi instead of just php for calling the pipe script.
