Help please
I have just installed Plesk on my CentOS server and have the following error when accessing Plesk

ERROR: PleskFatalException Unable to connect to database: get_admin_password() failed: file_get_contents() failed: mktime() [function.mktime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/London' for 'BST/1.0/DST' instead 0: common_func.php3:146 psaerror(string 'Unable to connect to database: get_admin_password() failed: file_get_contents() failed: mktime() [function.mktime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Seems installation have been incorrectly finished and you have empty /usr/local/psa/version file. /tmp/autoinstall3.log file should be investigated and installation should be completed correctly. If you cant do it by yourself - contact Parallels support team.
